Returns & Refunds.

We do not accept returns based on a change of mind basis, however if there is a fault when you receive your items we will happily refund you within 30 days if you receiving the item(s).

The process for processing a refund is as follows:

  1. Fault is found when item arrives.
  2. Customer sends refund request to our team.
  3. One of the team will ask for verification of the item defects, via photos or a return.
  4. Depending on the state of the item, the customer may also be requested to send the product back to our office.
  5. A refund will be issued back to the credit card that handled the purchase within 30 working days (via PayPal).


  1. As a New Zealand retailer, BiotixPro NZ is endeavouring to always improve our shipping and handling of items.
  2. Orders are processed daily, and most items are dispatched to the courier depot the same day the order is received. Our courier cut off time is 2pm for that day’s delivery.
  3. At present, due to Covid-19, our couriers are advising us of a 5-7 day shipping time frame.
